About Jen
Jeanine Aragon, known by friends, family, and colleagues as Jen, is a mental health coach dedicated to helping people feel seen, supported, and capable of moving through life’s challenges with greater steadiness. Her approach blends empathy with practical tools, giving individuals and organizations a thoughtful path toward better stress management, emotional awareness, and sustainable wellbeing.
Jen has completed advanced learning in resilience, health, wellness, and employee stress management through programs associated with Harvard Medical School, Harvard Professional & Lifelong Learning, and Stanford Online. She is also certified in Mental Health First Aid, strengthening her ability to recognize, respond to, and support people facing mental health and substance-use challenges.
Professionally, Jen serves as Director of Health and Wellbeing at Wohler Chemical, where she is responsible for supporting the health and wellbeing of more than 50 employees. In that role, she champions a workplace culture that values people as whole human beings, not just job titles, and she brings that same people-first philosophy to every coaching conversation.
Jen’s mission is simple: to make mental health support feel approachable, practical, and empowering for real people living real lives.
